Use common sense! If you think what you are doing will violate Google's policies, then it probably is! Below is a great link that I found regarding this topic:

It does not pay to exploit adsense. You cannot be greedy with something like this and expect it to pull in 100,000 a year. If you don't deserve the money, then you simply won't get it! Anything short of creative, interesting, useful, or funny that generates a lot of clicks is likely fraudulent... and Google checks everything out before sending your earnings.
